Hi would like to thank Alan for his help today, contacted Alan at Forth Appliance repairs after being let down by two other local companies. Contacted help via the website which connected me to WhatsApp, quick response 20 mins, asked the model of the cooker which was a range cooker and sent him a picture of this. The reason for contacting was the main oven was not working but the side oven and grill were all ok leading me to think it was a loose wire, but from the picture I sent to Alan he was able to diagnose the problem was users fault somehow I managed to put the clock onto Auto which has prevented the oven from working. Alan didn’t charge for the advice, he could have easily have come out charged a call out charge for my user stupidity.
