I was looking for someone to repair my mum’s fridge freezer the week before Christmas. Alan replied promptly to my message and went to look at the appliance the next day. He wasn’t sure if it was fixable, but contacted Hotpoint and got the part ordered and then back to fit it on Christmas Eve. Kept both me and mum informed all the way through. My Dad Had An Issue With His Washing Machine, I Called Forth Appliance Repairs Alan Called Me Back Quickly. Unfortunately It Was Not Fixable However Alan Found My Dad A New Washing Machine Which Fitted The Gap In The Kitchen. He Kept Me Up To Date With Everything And Fitted The New Machine And Took The Old Appliance Away, He Showed My Dad How To Use It And Wrote Out The Instructions For It. He Checked In With Me To See If My Dad Was Managing It Okay, First Class Service From Alan.
